Hi family,

On June 1st, I’ll be riding once again in the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health in support of the Baycrest Foundation. This amazing cause helps fund groundbreaking research into Alzheimer’s, dementia, and aging brain health, as well as vital medical services for older adults in our community.

This year is extra meaningful for me—I’ll be riding with a team and dedicating my ride to my late grandma, who faced both Alzheimer’s and dementia.

If you’re able to contribute, any amount—big or small—goes a long way. I’m aiming to raise $175 to support this important work.
