Welcome to Ben Paulino's Personal Brain Health Page
I’m raising money in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health.
I will Cycle 75kms up and down Toronto's DVP highway, LET'S GO GO GO!
I teamed up with health focused family/friends and took up cycling during the pandemic. Cycling has continued to be active, family friendly fun exercise promoting positive mental health with every ride. The exercise is great and we challenge each other to get better every ride.
Experience with my grand mother (Lola Vida/Ma Vida) living out her last years of life deteriorating from Dementia. My mother continuing to live with mental illness, this ride means a lot to me. I have been practicing brain health myself my whole adult life and raising awareness for the 2nd consecutive year. I hope we can raise a good amount for a great cause.
I’m raising money in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health. In 2020, an estimated 564,000 Canadians were living with dementia. By 2031, that number is projected to climb to 937,000 Canadians living with dementia without intervention. By making a donation, you are helping to make a difference the critical work Baycrest is leading in dementia research, innovation, care and education globally.
