My late Grandmother Beverley Whittaker was diagnosed with early onset frontotemporal dementia and battled the disease for 18 years before passing away in 2021.

I grew up seeing first hand how this disease slow erodes the memory and function of someone you love dearly. My grandmother donated her brain for the continued research against this awful disease.
