This year I'm once again joining forces with other cyclists across the GTA to raise money in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health AND for the yearly chance to ride on the DVP car free! This is my fourth year participating and it will certainly be an emotional one. 

If you know our family, you know that brain health has affected us tremendously. In 2023 we sadly lost my Dad, an incredible person who fought his battle with early onset Alzheimer's with hope and tenacity until the very end.

By making a donation, you are helping to make a difference in the critical work Baycrest is leading in dementia research, innovation, care and education globally.

Thank you for your continued support in this fundraising and to our family over the last several years. Like my Dad, I hope that fewer families will feel the impact of these diseases as we have.
