Hello Everyone! My name is Berna, and I am a proud member of the Saddle Sisters of High Park community. My road cycling journey began right before COVID-19, and it has since become a significant part of my life. Starting with solo rides, I quickly discovered the vibrant cycling community in the west end of Toronto and wanted to get more involved. This year, I'm raising funds in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2024 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health.

In 2020, an estimated 564,000 Canadians were living with dementia. Without intervention, this number is projected to climb to 937,000 by 2031.
