Greetings friends and family.  This coming June I will once again be saddling up along with my sister's "Team Diamond's Sparkle for a Lifetime" to participate in the Bike For Brain Health in support of Baycrest Hospital.

My father has had mild cognitive impairment for years. He is now 93 and doing very well all considering. He has received great care at Baycrest in the past.  So I am more than happy to participate in this ride once again to help support this cause.

in 2020, an estimated 564,000 Canadians were living with dementia. By 2031, that number is projected to climb to 937,000 Canadians living with dementia without intervention.
