This year, I’m proud to be riding in the 2025 Bike for Brain Health in support of Baycrest, a global leader in brain health and aging.

According to the stats, over 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia, and without action, that number is expected to rise to over a million by 2031.

I’m riding because I believe in a future where fewer families have to face the heartbreak of dementia. Baycrest is doing incredible work in research, innovation, care, and education, and they need our help to keep pushing forward.
