Dear family and friends❤, a little while ago I was diagnosed with early on-set dementia caused by Alzheimers desease. While it's been a shock, the family and I are doing OK. 

This diagnosis brings a sense of helplessness when there is no cure, but I am following my doctors orders and I’m committed to making a difference by raising money in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health.
