One of my nearest and dearest friends (Andrea) has recently been diagnosed with Early Onset Dementia caused by Alzheimer's Disease. On June 1, 2025 I will be joining Andrea's team, AJ's Brainy Bunch, to ride in the Bike for Brain Health to raise critical funds for Baycrest, a a global leader in innovation, care, education and research to treat Alzheimer's and other dementias With more than 770,000 Canadians currently living with dementia, it would not be any surprise to learn that each and every one of us is somehow touched by a friend or family member living with dementia.
