Finally taking the DVP with no traffic and on two wheels!

I’m trading in road rage for road races and hopping on my bike for the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health in support of Baycrest! That’s right – I’ll be cycling 50 KM on the DVP (without honking, brake lights, or existential dread about rush hour).

More than 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia today, and by 2031, that number is expected to surpass 1 million. That’s a lot of people impacted, which is why I’m pedaling my heart out (and maybe my legs off) to raise money for Baycrest’s groundbreaking research, innovation, care, and education in the fight against dementia.
