Hi everyone!
This year on Sunday, June 1st, I will be biking 25km in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health!
More than 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia. Without intervention, the number is expected to rise to almost one million in 2030. Your support allows us to raise important funds for Baycrest, a global leader in innovation, care, education and research, such as light therapy to treat Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
The goal of this fundraiser is important to me as my girlfriend's grandfathers were diagnosed with dementia. Seeing two strong men become unrecognizable has shown me how tragic this disease can be. Now I feel very strongly about raising awareness towards Alzheimer's and dementia.
