Like many families, ours has been personally affected by dementia.  On June 1, my son Darwin and I are participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health in support of Baycrest. We are riding for my father (Granddad) who is living with dementia, and for my Mum (Granny) who has tirelessly supported him through these difficult times.  

More than 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia. By 2031, that number is projected to climb to over a million Canadians living with dementia without intervention.
