Scoring goals to raise money to cure Alzheimer’s
Hi, I’m Jake, and I’m lacing up my skates for the Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s™ in support of Baycrest because this fight means everything to me. Alzheimer’s doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed—it ripples through entire families, stealing memories, moments, and the people we love most. I’ve seen its impact up close, and I know I’m not alone. Millions of families are touched by this disease, and that’s why I’m determined to help find a cure.
The Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s is North America’s biggest hockey charity event, bringing together NHL Alumni and passionate players like me for a 2-day tournament in Toronto. Every goal I score, every dollar we raise, goes straight to Baycrest Foundation—world leaders in Alzheimer’s research and care. They’re working tirelessly to unlock answers about memory and aging, and your support can help them get closer to a breakthrough.
I’m asking for your help because every little bit counts. Even $1 can make a difference—think of it as a high-five from you to me on the ice, pushing me to skate harder and fight smarter. Together, we can give families hope and show Alzheimer’s it’s not unbeatable.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for anything you can give. Let’s score some goals and knock out this disease, one donation at a time.
