Dear friends and family,

Thanks for visiting my donation page in support of my participation in the Pro-Am for Alzheimer's™ in support of Baycrest!

This will be my fourth year playing with Branded Cities in the Pro-Am. So far I have played with NHL alumni including Matthew Barnaby, Shayne Corson and Mikhail Grabovski. Once again, I will be playing in memory of my Oma Truus (Dutch for Grandmother and pictured in the photo) who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 1980, passing away in a nursing home in Brunner, Ontario in 1992. I was young at the time, but was able to witness her decline and the slow and steady loss of her memory.

The Pro-Am for Alzheimer's in support of Baycrest is the largest hockey charity event in North America. This unique 2-day tournament in Toronto features NHL Alumni and hockey enthusiasts skating in support of Alzheimer’s research and care.
