I’m riding in support of Baycrest through the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health
This ride has become a bit of a personal journey for me. I completed 50 km in 2023, 75 km in 2024, and I’m aiming for 90 km in 2026. I had to sit out 2025 due to an injury, which makes this year’s ride even more meaningful.
More than 770,000 Canadians are currently living with dementia — a number projected to soar to nearly one million by 2030 as Canada’s population ages and demographics shift, without intervention
That’s why we’re not just riding — we’re cycling toward change.
Your support helps raise critical funds for Baycrest, a global leader in research, care, education, and innovation in the field of brain health and aging.
When you fundraise for your ride, you’re not only making a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected today — you’re helping create a future free from dementia for generations to come.
