I’m cycling in the 2026 Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health in support of Baycrest… and this one is personal.
More than 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. By 2031, that number is expected to climb past one million.
But those aren’t just numbers.
That’s someone’s mother. Someone’s father. Someone’s person.
I’ve seen what this does. The slow changes. The moments where things just aren’t the same anymore.
So I’m riding.
Not because it’s easy. Not because it’s convenient. But because it matters.
This one is for you, Mom.
If you’ve ever loved someone and watched them fade, even a little… then you already understand why this is so important.
I’m asking you, from the heart, to support this cause.
No amount is too small. And if you can’t donate, please share this. You never know who might see it and step in.
Let’s fight for the memories that matter.
