I’m riding 90km in the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health in support of Baycrest, a global leader in brain health and aging.
This cause is close to my heart. I’ve seen the impact of Alzheimer’s and dementia through friends’ families, and I know how deeply it affects not just those diagnosed, but the people who love and care for them. I’ve also experienced this on a personal level—after my dad’s severe concussion, I saw firsthand how life-changing the right medical care and mental health support can be.
It reinforced something simple but powerful: everyone deserves access to that kind of care.
I’m riding to help make that possible. Funds raised support critical research, care, and education to delay—or even prevent—dementia. With cases in Canada expected to nearly triple by 2050, this work has never been more important.
My goal is to raise $1,500, and I’d truly appreciate your support. Every donation makes a meaningful difference.
If you’re inspired, I’d also love for you to join the ride.
Let’s ride for the people we love—and for a healthier future
