I’m raising money in support of Baycrest by participating in the 2025 Mattamy Homes Bike For Brain Health.
More than 770,000 Canadians are living with dementia. By 2031, that number is projected to climb to over a million Canadians living with dementia without intervention.
The work Baycrest is doing for dementia and Alzheimer's research stays close to my heart because two of my grandparents have lived with dementia. Both my Oma and Opa lived with dementia for many years and I want to contribute to a future that improves brain health for everyone. Long before my Opa was diagnosed with dementia, he was a family physician and would visit his patients at Baycrest hospital. It makes me happy to support a hospital that has been connected to my family for many years.
By making a donation, you are helping support the critical work that Baycrest is leading in dementia research, innovation, care and education globally.
