This year, I’m riding in support of Baycrest by participating in the Mattamy Homes Bike for Brain Health.
Over the past year, brain health has become something I’ve been much more aware of both personally and through seeing how deeply it can impact individuals, families, and people you love. That’s why this ride means more to me than just the kilometres.
More than 770,000 Canadians are currently living with dementia, a number expected to rise to nearly one million by 2030 without intervention. As our population ages, the need for research, care, and innovation in brain health has never been more urgent.
That’s why we’re not just riding - we’re cycling toward change.
Your support helps fund Baycrest, a global leader in brain health and aging, driving world‑class research, education, and compassionate care. Every dollar raised helps advance solutions that improve lives today while working toward a future free from dementia.
By supporting my ride, you’re not only making a meaningful impact now - you’re helping protect brain health for generations to come.
Thank you for your support ♂
