Alzheimer’s is not just a disease, it’s something that slowly takes away the very essence of a person.

I’ve seen it firsthand through close family friends and family. Watching someone lose their memory, their identity, and even the ability to recognize their own loved ones is devastating. It doesn’t just affect one person, it impacts entire families in ways that are hard to put into words.

That’s why I’m proud to be participating in the Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s, in support of the Baycrest Foundation - one of the world’s leading centres for brain health, aging, and memory research!

This is the largest hockey charity event in North America, bringing together former NHL players and passionate participants for a 2-day tournament in Toronto all for one purpose:➡ advancing research➡ improving care➡ supporting families affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia
