Every year I dedicate my fundraising drive to my hero, my father Shlomo. As many of you know, he was a Holocaust survivor and also survived multiple heart attacks, stomach cancer and three strokes.
A little more than a 8 years ago my father Shlomo, passed on November 6th, 2017 at Baycrest in the Palliative Care Unit on 6W.
I can't say enough about the care he received from the staff and doctors who helped him in the end with grace & dignity!
Now my mother Sarah is a resident of Baycrest on 4West. I cant say enough about the intake, staff and programming she has encountered since moving in. She is prospering in her new home and she tells me everyday how much she is enjoying the experience there...and that is really what it is, a wonderful new home!
I hope you'll sponsor me in this very worthwhile cause!
